Confirming Your Order:

By accepting these terms and conditions, you are affirming that the order is correct, and you agree to our terms and conditions.

Stock Availability:

Upon request of a style and color, we will verify that the product is available at that time. If it is not, the manufacturer will provide a scheduled production date for the product. In most cases, the production dates given can be counted on. However, in rare instances manufacturers extend the scheduled production date. We will make you aware of any such changes and offer you the option of waiting for the new date or changing your selection.

Payment Policy:

Payment in full is required to have any order shipped. Once we receive payment, an order will be made to the appropriate manufacturer and your order will be filled.

Delivery:

Most orders can be expected to be delivered within 8 business days from the time the order is placed. Most shipping companies do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. In stock material is usually shipped the same day, but no later than the second business day, weather permitting.

Freight:

We use a variety of reputable shipping companies to deliver flooring. Each company has their own policies regarding dates and times of delivery. We will provide you with all the information regarding your order as soon as we place the order for shipping. Once the appropriate shipping company has picked up an order, a bill of lading number is issued. This will be given to you along with the phone number so that you can call and track your shipment. All care is taken in getting your order to you promptly. There are certain circumstances, which are beyond our control (holidays, mechanical failure, etc.). Shipping companies are required to speak to the recipient of the order prior to attempting delivery to verify that someone is there to accept the order. It is your responsibility to make all necessary arrangements for delivery and if it is a residential delivery, have adequate manpower to offload the material.Please check shipment for all items before signing the proof of delivery. If you realize that you are missing any items, please note the shortage on the proof of delivery and contact our Customer Care Department immediately. We must allow the freight company 48 business hours to try and locate your missing items. After that time, if the freight company has not been able to locate your items, a replacement can then be ordered/shipped to you. If the missing items are not noted at time delivery, then the claim must be reported within 5 DAYS of delivery and a free replacement is not warranted.

Return Policy:

Once an order has been placed, it may be cancelled if necessary if the order has not been cut, loaded shipped, processed or a special order. After that, the manufacturer will assess a restock fee, which will be passed on to you the customer. The restock fees normally run between 30% to 40% of the product plus freight charges and will be determined by each manufacturer. Carpet orders 500 square feet or less are non-refundable. Those fees do not apply if you receive defective goods or the wrong product. You must make the material available for return as we do not ship replacement products until the first shipment is received. Defective materials must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Materials must be inspected prior to cutting and installing, as claims for visible defects will not be honored after being cut or installed.If you ask us to cut the product down to your room sizes, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. Also, custom products that are made per your specifications are not returnable. Custom work products have little value to anyone else. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Please contact us for a return authorization (R.A.) prior to returning goods.

Defective Material:

For visible defects found prior to installation, the manufacturer normally only requires a picture via e-mail or a sample showing the defect. Once the manufacturer decides, we will either issue a replacement once the material is returned or issue you a total refund including freight charges. Should a problem arise after installation, please contact us. We will help locate an independent certified flooring inspector for you to call and set up an inspection. Once a report is received and the report shows that the product is defective, we will refund the cost of the inspection and take proper steps to correct the problem.

Concealed Damage:

Claims for concealed damage MUST BE MADE within the individual FREIGHT COMPANY'S acceptable time frame. We can only send a free replacement for items noted as damaged on the proof of delivery. If you discover more damage after the driver has gone, it then becomes a concealed damage claim. In which case, you will need to contact the freight company and notify them of your damage as soon as possible.

Incorrect Quantity:

INCORRECT QUANTITY: Claims for shortages of materials must be made within 5 DAYS of delivery. Claims for material shortage must be made BEFORE INSTALLATION and/or BEFORE any cuts are made.

Incorrect Product:

Claims for incorrect product must be made within 5 DAYS of delivery. Pictures will be required in order to open a claim. Incorrect product must be returned so that the correct product can be shipped to you. The correct product CANNOT be shipped until the incorrect product is in transit back to us.

Missing Items:

Please check shipment for all items before signing the proof of delivery. If you realize that you are missing any items, please note the shortage on the proof of delivery and contact us immediately. We must allow the freight company 48 business hours to try and locate your missing items. After that time, if the freight company has not been able to locate your items, a replacement can then be ordered/shipped to you. If the missing items are not noted at time delivery, then the claim must be reported within 5 DAYS of delivery and a free replacement is not warranted.

Limitations on Returns:

1. Cutting or installing the material is your acceptance or approval. Refunds for altered material are not allowed for incorrect color, incorrect item, or clearly visible defects once the materials have been cut and/or installed. Selective installation of damaged or defective material is strictly prohibited unless approved by us in writing via email.
2. Installation errors or shortages caused by not verifying quantities with a professional independent installer are not our responsibility. Floor covering should only be ordered in quantities your installer has determined. Responsibility for shortages and any consequential damages caused by shortages lie with the consumer. Pattern repeats that are necessary in some floor coverings should be determined by the installer before ordering.
3. Clearance items and special orders are not returnable.
4. If the items were requested to be cut into your specified room sizes the order is non-returnable and non-cancellable.
5. Accessories such as adhesive, grout, laminate and hardwood trims and moldings and underlayment’s are non-returnable to ANY manufacturer.
6. Flooring ordered from online images and not from a physical sample is not recommended, image colors may vary from one computer to another. In most instances carpet ordered in less than full roll quantities are not returnable.
7. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS REQUIRED: Any item for return must be accompanied with a RAN issued by us. Items returned without an RAN will be refused and no credit or refund given.

Cancelation Policy:

Once an order has been placed, it can be cancelled without issue or fees, unless…
1 – The product has been cut to customer’s specific dimensions.
2 – The product has been shipped.
3 – The product has been received in our warehouse.
4 – The product ordered is a non-cancellable item with our supplier.
5 – The product ordered is a custom product / special order.
6 – The order has been processed.
7 – The carpet is less than500 square feet
8 – The order has been placed more than 24 hours.
If the order meets any of the above criteria, you will be charged a 40% restocking fee and if applicable, freight charges. These will be deducted prior to your refund being issued.

Refund Policy:

If an order is returned/cancelled and a refund warranted, we will issue the refund in a timely manner. However, bank and/or credit card companies may take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS to issue the refund back to the funding card/source. Refunds are made after deducting any applicable restocking fees and/or freight charges. No refunds will be issued until the item(s) are received back in the condition it left the warehouse. Refunds will be issued in the manner that original payment was made. We require approximately ten (10) days from the time the item(s) is back in the warehouse to process refunds. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable except for damaged or wrong items.
