How soon will I get my order?

Most orders are approved and processed the day we receive your payment. Shipping times vary according to your product selection and location. Most products ship out within 7 business days. We do our best to get everything shipped the next day.

How Do I Place an Order?

We want you to feel safe and secure. Place your order online. Our web site is safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way and is always available 24/7.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Network, Bank certified check mailed to our office, PayPal and bank wire.

Do you accept returns?

The short answer is yes. All manufacturers charge a restocking fee with some as much as 40% plus you will have to take care of the freight costs. Accessory items and special orders are not returnable. Always check your product before you sign for them and if they have an issue, DO NOT sign for them. Best have them returned immediately.

Are your products good quality?

All our products are first quality products shipped directly from the manufacturer. This means that they have all passed high quality standard checks and tests and found not to be defective. Having said that, the very odd occurrence may happen where you find your product is defective. If ever this happens, stop the installation, email us pictures immediately and we will get a claim started. Note, the manufacturer will thoroughly investigate this and will decide what to do. If you purchase hardwood or tile, note, the character of such will have slight differences like color and look. This is 100 % normal as we always get you the same dye lot.

What is a dye lot?

A dyelot is a record taken during the dyeing of products to identify yarn that received its coloration in the same vat at the same time. Manufacturers assign each lot a unique identification number and stamp it on the label before shipping.

How will I be sure I receive the exact product I need?

Every manufacturer has a specific code (SKU#) for each product. We order your flooring based on these specific SKUs, color, and product description to ensure the exact product you have chosen will arrive as ordered.

Do you Ship to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii?

Yes. We can also ship overseas.

Can I collect my products myself?

At the time of ordering, simply select where you want to collect your goods and when ready, you will be notified.

Do you ship to residential addresses?

Yes. We will always have to get the price for this to you as it varies based on many different factors. All our products are shipped to a carrier’s pickup location and to the one close to you. If shipped to your home, please do have people available to off load the truck the day of your scheduled delivery.

Do you ship to commercial addresses?

Yes. If it has a loading dock and you have a forklift and someone to off load the truck.

What if I place an order and I get the wrong item, can I return it?

Yes. Some items are non-returnable like laminate and hardwood trim pieces, adhesives, cleaners and underlayment. You should take care when ordering these items. If the wrong items are shipped to you, a replacement or an adjustment would be made at no cost to you. If you should inadvertently order the wrong item, the flooring could be returned, but you would be responsible for the return freight and any manufacturer's restocking fee. If we, or the manufacturer, send you the wrong item, no extra fees would apply. We would make arrangements for you to send the material back to us and reship the correct item to you. But it must be unopened and unaltered plus a reshipment cannot be made until the returning freight carrier has picked up the original shipment and the manufacturer has it on hand.

What if I have material left over, can I return it?

Usually it is advisable that you keep extra material in case you need it for a repair. You can returnif the minimum return requirements are met. No returns on left over carpet. Hardwood, laminate, and tile is generally a 6 box minimum. You would be responsible for returned freight. We cannot accept opened or damage material. Please note the protection on your original shipment. We take extra care when shipping to you and you would need to take the same care when returning to prevent damage in transit.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, but only from Local, State, Federal Government agencies and from companies that issue purchase orders.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

Our warehouse is open Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM till 4:30 PM Eastern time. Keep in mind that you are obligated to pay 7 % Georgia Sales Tax on non-interstate shipments.
